A coed Summer Camp by Sky Fitness to keep kids active, build confidence, and make life long friendships over the summer!
At Sky Fitness health and fitness is our priority. We now want to share our success with children 7-14 year olds with our new Sky Fitness Summer camp. This program is designed to keep children moving and active. This specialized program will emphasize physical development and personal gains. We will highlight a variety of activities including but not limited to: Tennis, Pickleball, Basketball, Yoga, Zumba, Calisthenics, Swimming and many fitness based outdoor games. To enhance our Summer program, our camp will offer homemade nutritious meals and snacks providing convenience with emphasis on a healthy lifestyle.
Sky’s camp carefully planned activities have been developed to keep kids engaged and combine high activity with less physically demanding programs. Our goal is to have our campers develop at their own individual rate while enjoying the benefits of fitness and a healthy program. Some of our planned programs include:pickleball,tennis, basketball, soccer, dance/Zumba, yoga, badminton, tramp-ball, pilo pilo and more! The swimming pool time is a way for campers to have fun and cool off during hot weather.
Homemade meals, snacks & beverages are available to all campers. The day starts with a lighthealthy&nutritious breakfast with many options to give campers the fuel to start the day off right. Mid-morning snacks are available to those who would like them and a nutritious and delicious homemade lunch is served after the noon swim. Sky is very responsive to any special dietary restriction of our campers. If your camper has specific dietary needs or food allergies, our camp leaders will work with you to develop a specialized food plan. Safety and communication with our staff are an important tool for success!
